Family Pathways is pleased to introduce Monarch Training Institute: a meeting and community conferencing center designed to promote family, business and professional excellence. The Institute is housed within Monarch Place (the former Spang Building) located at 100 Brugh Avenue, Butler PA. Renovations were recently completed on the first floor of the building in preparation for Phase I of Monarch Institute. The train tunnel that ran through the center of the structure was transformed into a corridor that provides access to three large event halls that may be reserved for use by the public. The Institute reflects the Victorian style and honors the era when the building was originally constructed. The training facilities are equipped with state of the art resources. In the upcoming Phase II, Monarch Institute will expand with new construction on the west side of the building. Facilities will include four meeting rooms, three large classrooms, three halls and a large banquet room with kitchen. Victorian times will also be reflected in the new construction with tin ceilings and tiffany lighting throughout the Institute. Family Pathways looks forward to expanding this important community resource. For more information on the development process please call 724 284 9440.
