The Butler County Opioid Overdose Coalition is seeking community input to assist in the coalition’s next 3-year strategic planning, and value the feedback from Butler County residents over the age of 18. 

Fatal overdose statistics from 2021 were slightly decreased from the number of overdoses in 2020. However, we still have a lot of work to do to address this community problem.

Coalition members ask that you please take a few minutes to complete this survey. All responses are very important to us as we continue our mission to address Substance Use Disorders and the overdose problem we currently face in our county. This survey will remain open until April 30, 2022.
