  Empowering Women Everywhere With the current state of the world, the pandemic is disproportionately affecting women and threatening to wipe out decades of their economic progress. Our mission at Dress for Success Pittsburgh is to empower women who are entering or returning to the workforce. To help women persist through challenges and recover in the coming months, our team has developed virtual resources for women to access at their fingertips. The Dress for Success Pittsburgh team is proud to introduce the Virtual Connections Resource Center (VCRC), an inclusive virtual platform delivering vital resources to support women in every stage of their career journeys. Featuring job boards, interview and employment preparation resources, professional styling guides, advice on navigating workplace culture, and physical, mental, and emotional health resources, the VCRC provides a network of resources to empower women in their holistic development.
