Keystone Wellness Programs (formerly Community Health Challenge) is dedicated to the promotion and coordination of community-wide education to help reduce the risk behaviors associated with using alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs; chronic diseases; and other health-related illnesses.  Trained health educators offer a variety of tobacco prevention and cessation programs for adults, teens and children, as well as working in collaboration with area drug prevention agencies to address the emerging issues facing western Pennsylvania residents.

Keystone Wellness Programs operates throughout Western Pennsylvania.
