Gateway Rehabilitation Center is a nationally recognized, private, not-for-profit organization that provides detox, inpatient, outpatient and halfway house services services for adults, youth and families with alcohol and other drug dependencies in locations throughout western Pennsylvania and Ohio — including an outpatient treatment site in Cranberry Township, PA. Gateway was founded in 1972 by Dr. Abraham J. Twerski, an internationally recognized authority on chemical dependency treatment. Since 1972, more than 100,000 individuals found the help they needed within the Gateway system to begin recovery from chemical dependencies and hope for a second chance at life.  Gateway’s mission is to help all affected by addictive diseases to be healthy in body, mind and spirit.
