BHS Regional Recovery Center (BHS RRC) offers an array of adult treatment services to meet a wide variety of schedules, life situations, and treatment needs.  Options range from in-hospital detox to outpatient relapse prevention groups and include on- and off-site peer support.

BHS Regional Recovery Center, formerly known as Butler Regional Recovery Program and The Care Unit, has served Butler County and the surrounding area for over 25 years.

Beginning as a hospital-based rehabilitation unit, BHS RRC currently offers outpatient services that include  partial hospitalization treatment group and morning and evening intensive outpatient groups  as well as  relapse prevention group and  traditional one-on-one counseling.

We offer our full range of services in Butler at Butler Memorial Hospital and Family Services Center and individual counseling and an intensive outpatient group at Alle-Kiski Medical Center.

The latest development in services—peer support—began in November 2002 with the Recovery Project, a program that supports individuals in recovery by offering a safe, informal setting  where they can socialize and relax while learning about recovery. This year we’ve expanded peer support and have a cadre of specially trained individuals in recovery working with our inpatient population.

We are a treatment system growing and evolving to meet your needs and the needs of the community.
