Adults Who Furnish Alcohol to Minors:             

First Offense:

• $1,000-$2,500 fine
• up to 1 year in jail
• court costs

Subsequent Offenses:

• $2,500 fine for each underage drinker
• up to 1 year in jail
• court costs

Plus:

• Additional fines for providing the site for minors to drink alcohol
• Corruption of Minors (up to 5 years in jail)
• Endangering the Welfare of Children (up to 7 years in jail)

Don’t allow teenage drinking.  It’s against the law.  And not worth the risk!
